Mr. Aron has served as a director of the Company since April 2005. Mr. Aron has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of World Leisure Partners, Inc. since June 2006. From July 1996 through March 2006, Mr. Aron served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vail Resorts, Inc. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Mr. Aron was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Lines Ltd. from 1993 to 1996. From 1990 to 1993, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing for United Airlines and from 1987 to 1990, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Mr. Aron is also a Director of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Marathon Acquisition Corp., where he also serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Rewards Network, Inc. Mr. Aron also serves on the boards of several non-profit and community organizations. Mr. Aron is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Business Executives for National Security. Mr. Aron received a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
